Two Day Package, Weekday Package, & Holidays
Two-Day Packages
Add the day before your ceremony, Monday - Thursday, from 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. for a $900 rental fee. (Book a Friday and get two days, Thursday and Friday, for the price of a Saturday wedding.) Use this time to decorate and have a rehearsal.
Best Value—Add the day before your ceremony on Friday from 2:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. for a $1,900 rental fee. (Book a Saturday and get two days, Friday and Saturday, for only $7,800. (A $3,100 savings.) Use this time to decorate and have a rehearsal.

If your date is available, it's time to book a tour and come visit us! Our 10-acre ranch is the picture of Hill Country beauty that's best seen in-person.

Once you're ready to book your date, our team will send over onboarding items, like a deposit invoice and rental agreement. Then let the planning begin!

Important Details
Texas does charge a state and local sales tax of 8.25% in addition to the price of the venue package.
Carriage Hills Ranch does require a $500 damage deposit, which is refundable if there isn’t any damage to the venue property.
We also require a $1 million day-of-event insurance policy with Carriage Hills Ranch listed as an additional insured. The average cost is between $200 - $225.
Pricing is subject to change. The pricing and terms for your event will be based on the date the contract is written and not the date of your tour. (Because couples may tour with us weeks or months before booking, there could be a rate change between the tour date and the request to book date.)
Carriage Hills Ranch has no hidden fees. We believe in being transparent in our pricing so you can properly budget for your special day.

The process is easy! Just send us an email to carriagehillsranchtx@gmail.com with your name, your requested date, and a back-up date. We’ll then start the contract process and email you the information needed to create the contract.
We process all of our contracts electronically, so it’s easy to digitally sign your contract and pay your deposit all on-line. A date is then reserved for you once you have provided the first payment at the time of signing the contract.
Before booking a date, we would love to show you our family-owned venue in person, or by virtual tour. You can request a tour on our tour request page. You are not required to view the property before booking with us, but if you are out of the area and would like a virtual tour, we’re happy to send you our video, or when possible, we can have a Skype tour with you. We’ve had couples book with us without being able to tour the property in person, and we can easily handle the contract and deposit electronically.

Yes, a Date Reservation Fee is due at the time of signing the contract to hold your date(s). We require 25% of the package cost at the time of signing the contract, which is the Date Reservation Fee.
Nine months prior to the event we require 50% of the package cost. The remaining 25% of the package cost is due 60 days prior to the event, along with the security damage deposit. If you are booking within nine months prior to the event date, then 50% of the package cost is due at the time of signing.
The remaining 50%, along with the security damage deposit, is due 60 days prior to the event. You’re welcome to make small payments along the way as long as the above amounts are paid by the due dates.

Wonderful question! We believe that the average total wedding budget of a couple getting married at Carriage Hills Ranch is between $15,000 and $18,000. This includes the total cost of a wedding (the venue, catering, photographer, DJ/band, florist, etc.). With the beautiful natural setting and all that is included in our packages, and with smaller guest counts and creativity within your budget, it is possible to spend less.
