One-Day Event Rental* - Up to 200 people

    • Private use of our 5,400 square foot climate-controlled Reception Hall with stage, caterer’s prep kitchen, indoor restrooms, and 10’ buffet table 

    • Up to 26 - 5’ round tables; 4 - 6’ banquet tables; 2 - 8’ banquet tables; 6 cocktail tables 

    • Up to 200 Fruitwood Chiavari chairs with cushions for inside use only

    • Use of outdoor arbor area

    • Use of Antique Buckboard Gift Wagon and Display Stand; Wine Barrels; Wine Cart; Portable Speaker

    • Outdoor Texas limestone fireplace and patio

    • Three patio terraces, a Texas limestone bridge, waterfall, romantic outdoor and landscape lighting, and numerous large oak trees throughout the property

    • Use of historic Streetcar, if alcohol is being provided, and if you wish to use it

    • Parking attendant

    • Free on-site lighted parking with handicap parking 

    • On-site CHR representative on the day of the event

    • Set-up of tables and chairs in the reception hall into standard arrangement based total number of guests   

    • Alcohol must be provided and served by the in-house bartending company   

    • CHR Staff

    • Linens - ivory or burlap for guest and bridal tables; various colored linens for cake and bridal table

    • Additional hours may be added at an additional cost of $350/hour
