Intimate Wedding Package
Weddings for Guest Sizes of 50 people or Less
You receive the same service and amenities included from our One Day Large Event Package, with adjustments regarding decor and for the timeframes listed below. Use our pre-designed table settings to help make your day easy and enjoyable. Contact us for holiday rates. Discounts are not available. Total guest count of 50 people or less including the bridal party. May only be booked nine months or less in advance of wedding date. *Add-on table linen package - $175

Tie the Knot Celebration Wedding Package
MICRO WEDDINGS FOR GUEST SIZES OF 30 PEOPLE OR LESS
Two and a Half Hours - Only $1,800 - Monday - Thursday
This is the perfect option for those who want an easy, simple, beautiful, and meaningful wedding with their closest family and friends. For those who just can’t wait to tie the knot, this package is for you!
Enjoy the use of our Bridal Cabin and Groom’s Quarters to get dressed for your outdoor ceremony at our Gazebo Ceremony Wedding Site. Then enjoy an outdoor reception on our Top Terrace with use of our Historic Streetcar for your outdoor bar and appetizers station. Other notable amenities available to you and your guests include the following:
Access to our indoor restroom
Use of six cocktail tables with linens
Access to use one of our bridal bouquets (something borrowed) for the bride.
Use of our outside areas for those beautiful and memorable photographs.
Staff on-site
“Plan B” ceremony and mini reception location in case of inclement weather.
Alcohol (beer and wine only) is allowed during the mini-reception, but you must use the in-house bar service. Security is required for all events where alcohol is provide. No outside alcohol allowed.
Contact us for holiday rates. Discounts are not available. Total guest count of 30 people or less including the bridal party. May only be booked six months or less in advance of wedding date.
Select from the following timeframes: 9:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.; 1:00 - 3:30 p.m.; or 4:30 - 7:00 p.m.
Texas Hill Country Elopements
OPTION 1
One and a Half Hours - Wedding may be booked 60 days prior to event date.
Monday - Thursday - 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. - $500
Friday & Sunday - 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. - $700
Use of our Gazebo ceremony site and use of outdoor venue area for photographs
Up to 10 people, including the couple
Timeframe for the 1.5-hour rental to be determined by the venue and the couple
OPTION 2
All of the above, with the same days and times available, plus
Professional Wedding Photographer to take photographs of your special day along with a digital copy of all photos taken (Photographer and photos are an additional $250 plus tax)
*Holidays and discounts are not available for the elopement package.
*No outside alcohol is allowed.
*An additional 8.25% tax will be added to the rental rate.
**Please fill out a tour request form and note the date, a back-up date, and timeframe that you would like for your ceremony.

Important Details
Texas does charge a state and local sales tax of 8.25% in addition to the price of the venue package.
Carriage Hills Ranch does require a $500 damage deposit, which is refundable if there isn’t any damage to the venue property.
We also require a $1 million day-of-event insurance policy with Carriage Hills Ranch listed as an additional insured. The average cost is between $200 - $225.
Pricing is subject to change. The pricing and terms for your event will be based on the date the contract is written and not the date of your tour. (Because couples may tour with us weeks or months before booking, there could be a rate change between the tour date and the request to book date.)
Carriage Hills Ranch has no hidden fees. We believe in being transparent in our pricing so you can properly budget for your special day.
