Two Day Package, Weekday Package, & Holidays

Two-Day Package

Add the day before your ceremony, Monday - Thursday, from 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. for a $900 rental fee. (Book a Friday and get two days, Thursday and Friday, for the price of a Saturday wedding. Use this time to decorate and have a rehearsal.

Weekday Package

Monday - Thursday (non-holiday dates) - 12 p.m. - 10 p.m. $4,000

Important Details

Texas does charge a state and local sales tax of 8.25% in addition to the price of the venue package.

Carriage Hills Ranch does require a $500 damage deposit, which is refundable if there isn’t any damage to the venue property.

We also require a $1 million day-of-event insurance policy with Carriage Hills Ranch listed as an additional insured. The average cost is between $200 - $225.

Pricing is subject to change. The pricing and terms for your event will be based on the date the contract is written and not the date of your tour. (Because couples may tour with us weeks or months before booking, there could be a rate change between the tour date and the request to book date.)

Carriage Hills Ranch has no hidden fees. We believe in being transparent in our pricing so you can properly budget for your special day.

 Beautiful Accommodations Only One Mile From Our Venue

The Blanco River Hotel - is only 1.1 Miles Away

It can accommodate large guest counts.

There are several other options for lodging, such as smaller hotels, cabins, and B & B’s.

Blanco River Retreat - only 7 Miles Away

A private location that can host a group of family members or friends at a chic and beautiful spot near Blanco. It can accommodate up to 23 guests at their Lodge and Barn House.
