Carriage Package

One Day Event:
Saturdays–$5,500; Fridays and Sundays–$5,000; Monday through Thursday–$4,000

All items listed below are included for the ceremony and reception.

  • 10:00 A.M. until 12:00 A.M. (14 hours total). All events must end by midnight.
  • Full and private use of our entire 10-acre venue
  • Gazebo with Texas limestone amphitheater style seating for 200 plus–overlooking our four and a half acre wet-weather lake 15
  • Outdoor Texas limestone fireplace and patio (ideal for cocktail hour or smaller ceremonies)
  • Three patio terraces, a Texas limestone bridge, waterfall, and romantic outdoor lighting
  • 5,400 square foot climate-controlled Reception Hall with stage, including a private enterance for the DJ or band, caterer’s kitchen with a private enterance, indoor restrooms, romantic ceiling lighting including wagon wheel lighting, and a shabby chic chandelier for the cake tables
  • Use of CHR’s tables and chairs for the reception (22 – 5′ round tables; 4 – 6′ banquet size tables; 2 – 8′ banquet size tables; 200 white folding chairs; 15 – 3′ round glass top tables (for ourdoor use))
  • 10’ Serving/Buffet Table and 6’ Beverage Serving Bar
  • Portable Bar
  • Linens for bridal tables and guests tables (beige and ivory) (burlap accent pieces also available)
    *Additional colors avilable for rent
  • Linens for cake tables (multiple colors available)
  • 2 Off-Duty Police Department Officers on-site for 4 hours during reception
  • Bridal Cabin (includes climate-controlled dressing room with make-up areas, table, chairs, and porch)
  • Groom’s Quarters (includes dressing room with table, chairs, lounge area, refrigerator, and porch)
  • Additional decorative and table display items available for use
  • Use of Antique Buckboard Gift Wagon; Antique Display Stand; Wine Barrels
  • Use of Portable Sound System
  • Parking Attendant
  • Free on-site lighted parking (room for charter buses and passenger vans)
  • On-site CHR representative on the day of event
  • Plan “B” option for the ceremony in case of inclement weather
  • 1 hour of Rehearsal Time–this can be scheduled the day before the wedding, if available
  • Additional 2 hours available to have on-site bridal portraits taken prior to the wedding date (photographer not included)
  • Set-up of tables and chairs in reception hall
  • Clean-up Service provided by CHR Staff
  • Private parking for vendors to unload and load their items and equipment

  • Additional hours may be added at an additional cost of $250/hour.
  • Rates noted above do not include holidays. Saturdays immediately preceding or following a holiday will be booked at the holiday rate. Contact us for our holiday pricing.
  • If the number of guests, including the bridal party, totals over 200 people, there will be a $10 per person fee plus any rental costs for additional needed chairs, tables, and linens.

Elopement Package

$800.00–2 hour maximum

Includes the following for a 2 hour rental, excluding Saturdays and holidays:

  • Gazebo with Texas limestone amphitheater style seating for 200 plus–overlooking our wet-weather lake
  • Outdoor Texas limestone fireplace and patio
  • Three patio terraces, a Texas limestone bridge, and waterfall
  • Access to Carriage Hall restrooms only
  • Use of Bridal Cabin
  • Use of Groom’s Quarters
  • Use of cake table with linen
  • Free on-site parking
  • On-site Event Consultant (CHR Staff) on the day of event
  • $250 security deposit required.
